Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of data in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining files.
- Assist with employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed. Experience:
- Previous experience in a human resources or administrative role preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Taleo.
- Proficiency in data entry and record keeping.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software is a plus.
