OVERALL SUMMARY




Join TrinityBridge's HR Team where you will operate as part of the HR Generalist team providing transactional and operational support to managers and employees. Reporting to the Associate HR Business Partner, this role is key in supporting and delivering the overall end to end HR service.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Prepare new starter contracts and offer documentation working with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure an effective and smooth onboarding for both the candidate and line manager Deliver key HR processes including processing employee changes and leavers in a timely manner Process statutory leave requests and provide advice as required to managers and employees Review and update HR systems to ensure accurate data and MI can be maintained and produced Produce ad hoc reports for managers and project teams as requested Carry out audit and checking activities as required Ensure accuracy of all data entered into the systems in line with the agreed processes Make sure all documents are recorded appropriately and filed securely in line with GDPR requirements Act as first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance on HR policy, process and operating procedures to employees and managers Lead on monthly Benefits administration and ad-hoc queries as required Work with the Finance team each month to ensure payroll is complete and updated Answer email and telephone queries from employees and managers and escalate as appropriate Carry out note taking for employee relations meetings as required by the HR team Support the HR & Compliance on all processes in relation to SMCR Support HR team in talent activities as required Process invoices on Concur system Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required

Regulatory responsibilities Compliance/T&C



Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients. Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business. Follow principles and rules of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the internal requirements set out in the Compliance Manual, local and Group Compliance and Risk policies.

Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships quickly Ability to manage work requests working to tight timescales whilst maintaining high quality and accuracy Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Demonstrable right-first-time approach to delivering exceptional client experience Excellent written and verbal communications skills Previous knowledge and experience of working within a fast-paced HR team desirable
