The role will be responsible for all HR administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency of our HR administrative processes. The Role
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, working with people, and making a real difference behind the scenes. You'll provide day-to-day support across a range of HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee support and record keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with all aspects of administration within the employee lifecycle, from recruitment, onboarding, development and exit.
Provide informed HR advice to management.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits and procedures.
Assist and prepare all employee contracts
Ensure job descriptions and HR forms are kept up to date.
Build and maintain excellent and credible relationships with Mouldex employees.
Support managers with employee relations.
Conduct the HR induction programme for all new starters
Manage HR data ensuring all data is accurately uploaded and maintained.
Monitor absence and holidays, analyse trends and report these trends to senior management

Willingness to Learn
- Open to developing HR skills, knowledge and qualifications through training or experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
CIPD Level 3 or higher qualification is desirable, but not essential
If you don't already hold a CIPD qualification, you must be willing to study and work towards gaining it as part of your ongoing professional development
Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is beneficial, but not essential
Strong academic background (e.g., GCSEs, A-Levels, or equivalent)
Understanding of basic employment law and HR best practices is desirable
Our working hours are 8.00am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
