Job Overview



Contechs are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR and Recruiting Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by managing candidate relationships, utilising various recruitment tools, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

Job specific requirements



Interview scheduling External offer paperwork preparation and onboarding, managing the onboarding experience for new starter. Providing compensation proposals for internal offers and producing internal offer paperwork. Data entry

Skills



Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and professionally. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications



A Level or equivalent qualification
