We are looking for a 6-month fixed term HR Assistant to support a busy HR team at Abingdon & Witney College.
The role involves providing administrative support for HR processes around recruitment, onboarding new starters, employee training & development and updating employee records held in a HR information system (HRIS).
You will have an HR background possessing effective administrative skills, attention to detail, the ability to prioritise tasks and have confidence in working independently. You will also be competent in the use of IT and HRIS.
Ideally, you will hold a level 3 CIPD qualification,have experience of working within a busy HR or Recruitment team and be confident to hit the ground running in the role.
We are also interested in hearing from you if you have exceptional administrative experience.
