Salary: 15,000, increasing with experience in year two



Location: Head Office, Dover



Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday

LDC Care Co. is a leading provider of high-quality social care services, driven by a passion for excellence and making a meaningful difference. We're excited to welcome an HR/Recruitment Apprentice to our team -- someone who can help us find the right people to deliver what we do best: exceptional Supported Living care.



This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to kick-start their career in HR, gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes, and contribute to effective workforce planning strategies within our organisation. As an apprentice you will be supported in your studies in gaining a Level 3 qualification.

About The Role

As an HR & Recruitment Apprentice, you'll work alongside a team of experienced HR professionals, gaining real-world experience in talent acquisition, candidate engagement, and workforce planning.



This is a hands-on role where you'll play an active part in supporting recruitment campaigns, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and contributing to workforce planning -- all while ensuring compliance with CQC standards.

About Us

As one of the biggest employers in the region, LDC Care Co employs over 550 staff to support adults with complex disabilities, working across more than 60 locations in Kent - and we're growing!



We support adults with complex learning disabilities and mental health diagnoses within residential and supported living environments. Our busy HR Department is based at our Dover Head Office and you'll be working alongside the team to support the recruitment function.
