- Valuable experience in compliance, payroll, and process improvement
- 5+ years of HR Operations experience, ideally supporting multiple countries
- Proficient in Workday, Google Suite, and Jira (or similar ticketing systems)
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for HR compliance and data accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple HR tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Provide first-line HR support, resolving queries through Jira Cloud
- Manage HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle - onboarding to offboarding
- Ensure HR data integrity in Workday and support compliance audits
- Partner with key HR teams (Employee Relations, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits)
- Support payroll processing, absence programs, and employee documentation
- Identify and implement HR process improvements
