You support our team as a HR Advisor/Assistant
HR ADVISOR/ASSISTANT
Responsibilities
You will develop, co-ordinate, execute and manage the HR requirements of the business including the creation of aligned and compliant policies and procedures.
You will drive continuous improvement with all HR processes and seek ways to make the department more efficient.
You will manage activities such as job role definition design input, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.
You will oversee and manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
You will manage and develop the current Absence Management policy and support Managers in the execution of it.
You will conduct the induction process to completion ensuring line managers undertake their part effectively.
You will act as the contingency for Payroll according to our internal controls.
You will act as the first port of call on the Ebbw Vale site with all aspects of Human Resources.
Qualifications
CIPD Level 3 - or working towards
Business Administration / Managment
Previous HR experience is essential
