Are you a people-focused HR professional who loves solving problems, building relationships, and making a real impact? We're recruiting exclusively on behalf of a growing long term client in Saltash that's looking for a HR Advisor to join their supportive, forward-thinking team.

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to take ownership of a varied caseload, support line managers, and contribute to a people-first culture. You'll work closely with the Head of People and regional managers to coach, guide, and deliver practical HR solutions across a busy retail network.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a wide range of employee relations cases, including grievances, absence, and disciplinary matters. Use HR and business KPI data to identify trends and drive meaningful change. Coach store managers on all aspects of people management and policy. Champion the internal HR brand - approachable, solutions-focused, and trusted. Support continuous improvement by keeping up to date with employment law and best practice.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar HR role Strong knowledge of UK employment law. Confident, people-first mindset - someone who builds trust and communicates well at all levels. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills. CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards Level 5/7).

Hours:

Full-time 9am - 5pm (Monday to Friday) - 35 hours per week. Flexible working will be considered.

Home Working:

The client offers one day per week home working.

Travel:

This position does involve some travel in the Southwest, hence the provision of a company car.
