Reed HR are pleased to be partnering with a prestigious local charity who are recruiting for a permanent Part-Time HR Advisor to join their team. Hours: 22. 5 hours per week Location: Norwich / Hybrid Working 60% office based 40% home working This role will be integral in providing subject matter expertise across the Charity to support the delivery of the people and culture agenda, and in doing so the wider strategy. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will work as part of a respected and effective team in delivering outstanding HR advice and support. You will have specific responsibility for our Engagement and Income and Finance directorates, being at the forefront of providing a professional HR service. You will have a proven track record in providing excellent HR advice and with demonstrable evidence of strong employee relations experience.
