We are incredibly excited to have partnered with a leading professional services firm to hire an HR Advisor to join their team in a client facing, HR generalist role.

Reporting into the Head of HR, as an HR Advisor you will be responsible for;

-Supporting your designated accounts with HR support - acting as their HR function on day to day basis
-Implementing, streamlining and developing on process, adapted to each client to suit their needs
-Producing HR reports, policies and procedures
-Providing clear and reliable HR advice for a variety of topics, supporting with administration where necessary
-Leading on Employee Relations cases both complex and low level, protecting the business and employees alike
-Undertaking projects required for clients such as change management, restructures, TUPE and succession planning
-Maintaining HR data / systems to remain compliant and within regulations

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is currently operating at Advisory level, has strong and demonstrable experience leading on ER cases and is looking for their next challenge, with autonomy.

You must have a thorough understanding of the employee lifecycle and admin/process that comes with it, experience advising senior leadership and ideally broad industry knowledge.

Additionally, you will have a solutions orientated approach, be dedicated and passionate and have the ability to take initiative and work autonomously where required.
