Exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor working for a successful food manufacturing company in the Gateshead area on a 12 month fixed term contract for maternity cover.
You will be the point of contact for employees on site, providing HR support and advice to staff and managers, managing the recruitment lifecycle and onboarding processes.
You should have previous experience working within a HR advisory role, specifically within absence management, performance and capability, and recruitment. Ideally you will have CIPD level 3 or relevant experience.
