Office based - Birmingham B2 3TA
Salary \xc2\xa334,000 - \xc2\xa336,000 (dependent on experience)

TeacherActive are a well-established education recruitment agency, and we are looking for a HR Advisor to join our busy and hard-working team in Birmingham, due to considerable growth.
The role of a HR Advisor:
- First point of contact regarding HR queries
- Build relationships with colleagues across the business
- Supporting employee relations including performance reviews, probation meetings, absence, disciplinaries, mediation and grievances
- Advising managers on best practise
- Reviewing policies and procedures, contracts and handbooks
- Monitor HR processes and identify areas for improvement
- Assist in the development of plans to ensure HR processes and procedures are delivered
- Lead own case work
Key Skills Required:
- Previous HR Advisor experience (5 years)
- CIPD level 3 or 5
- Driven and motivated
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- 08:30am-5:00pm Monday - Friday
- Reduced hours during school holiday (usually 08:30am - 4:00pm or 9:00 - 4:30pm)
- Office based, 20 days per year work from home allowance on passing probation
