We are delighted to be working with the largest digital printing firm in Northern Ireland to recruit their new HR Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your HR skills in a fast-paced environment.
Working hours: 9-5.30, Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday.
The Role:
- Employee relations including disciplinaries and grievances.
- Management of entire recruitment life cycle.
- Main point of contact for all HR matters.
- Maintenance of HR data and employee records.
- Data collection for payroll.
- HR policies & practices.
- At least 1 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience at HR Advisor or Officer level.
- Hold or are working towards CIPD qualification.
- IT proficiency.
