Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to provide expert guidance and support to our client's Human Resources department on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to handle a variety of Employee Relations (ER) cases, and a strong understanding of HR practices and policies.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout all HR practices.
- Contribute to the overall success and effectiveness of the Human Resources department.
- A strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in conflict resolution and handling Employment Relations (ER) issues.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills.
- A qualification in Human Resources or a related field
