Job Specification





The role involves ensuring all required TUPE reports are completed and distributed accurately and on time, prioritizing work based on go-live deadline dates or contract termination dates. It requires addressing any issues identified in an appropriate manner with the individuals involved and providing a high level of customer service by displaying professional, personal, and technical abilities. Flexibility in service provision is essential to ensure the highest level of customer service. Overtime may be required, sometimes at short notice, to meet TUPE deadlines and handle late information. Daily communication and interaction with the business are necessary to actively promote the TUPE team. The role also involves learning all TUPE deadlines to ensure they are always met, assisting in monitoring and supporting the Online Payslip mailbox, dealing with employee enquiries in a timely manner, and fully understanding the SLA's and objectives of other teams.


Person Specification





The ideal candidate should possess the ability to prioritize tasks, work effectively under pressure, and meet strict deadlines. They should be capable of working independently using their own initiative, while also being able to contribute as part of a team. Strong organizational skills are essential, along with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, including SAP. Additionally, knowledge of payroll administration would be advantageous.
