This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Human Resources Administrator to play a key role in supporting the Watton HR team and ensure the smooth running of HR Processes.
Core Hours
- Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
Job requirements of an HR Administrator:
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Handling administration for all stages of the employee lifecycle, from starters to leavers.
Payroll Support:
Managing the time and attendance system, resolving payroll anomalies for weekly payroll.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
Managing the starter and leaver processes, including issuing contracts, processing documents, and updating HR systems.
Employee Engagement:
Contributing to site initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and communication.
Team Support:
Assisting HR Advisors with day-to-day HR duties and processes across Cranswick Country Foods Fresh Pork production site.
What you will need:
Organisational Skills:
Enjoy creating and maintaining organised systems to manage a variety of HR administrative duties.
Team Player:
A collaborative mindset to support HR team members in providing efficient and proactive HR services.
Attention to Detail:
Strong computer skills and the ability to work with accuracy while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
HR or Payroll Experience (Desirable):
Previous experience in HR or payroll is an advantage but not essential.
Pay and benefits:
Salary - 26,000- 28,000 per annum (Dependant on experience and qualifications)
Pension - 3% employer contributions/5% employee contributions
