We are seeking HR Admin to join our HR team in Stirling. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the HR function by ensuring the smooth running of HR processes and administration. The vacancy is on at temporary basis for three months, however there is a possibility the contract could be extended.
Key Responsibilities
Complete SelectHR System Administration
Filing and scanning HR documents and sending to relevant contact
Uploading training certificates to HR system
Adhoc project/administration recruitment support
Sending all Leaver Letters - Resignation and Retirement acceptance letters for salaried and non-salaried
References for past employees. References for new salaried employees.
Typing up of minutes from HR meetings eg investigations, grievances
Supporting HR advisors with any ad-hoc tasks
Assisting with audits
Key Skills and Knowledge
Proven experience in similar HR or admin role
Excellent interpersonal, organisational and administrative skills with the ability to work on own initiative and strong team player
Computer literacy, to a good standard, is essential.
Ability to work confidentially at all times
Display a "can-do" and practical approach to work, managing and participating in an array of general HR tasks and projects
The role will be based at our Head Office in Stirling.
