We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring efficient administrative processes, and enhancing employee engagement. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies on various platforms and coordinating interviews.
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS and ATS systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in onboarding new employees, providing them with necessary documentation and orientation.
Support performance management processes by tracking appraisals and providing administrative assistance.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops as required, ensuring all materials are prepared in advance.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, providing timely responses.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication regarding HR-related matters.
Conduct data entry tasks related to employee information and benefits administration.
Manage the HR inbox responding or escalating as required, manage the HR calendar
Skills
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new systems.
Previous experience in an HR administrative or similar role preferred
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21-12.82 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
