About the role
The HR team is looking for an Administrator to join them. Reporting to the HR Services Manager, you will assist the wider HR & Payroll teams and the business with all administrative HR tasks in the HR systems in order to keep accurate employee records and up to date information
We\'re looking for a candidate who is organised and methodical, able to plan and prioritise their own workload. The work is varied and often needs to be carried out to tight timescales. You will act as first point of contact regarding salary queries, liaising with payroll as required, approve contract changes, process leavers, upload employee documentation to NEP and produce letters from standard templates.
You will also be dealing with numerous other administrative tasks including response to reference requests, issuing uniform letters, processing HR invoices and administration of disciplinary, probationary and other associated employee paperwork.
The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility and a can-do attitude; you\'ll be a strong team-player with excellent communication skills and ideally have HR/Admin experience. Good working knowledge of Google packages and Oracle HCM is essential along with good numeracy and literacy skills.
