Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage employee records with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism
Draft and prepare employment contracts, variation letters, and internal documentation
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, ensuring responses are timely and informative
Support scheduling of HR-related activities, including performance reviews, training, and internal events
Ensure all HR processes and documents comply with employment law and internal policies
Contribute to HR projects and process improvements by providing administrative support and insight
Auditing medication
Help generate HR reports and support internal audits when needed
Knowledge in the Care sector as you may be required to support operations in the community
