We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of HR operations.

This role offers a balance of home and office working. You will be required to attend the office based in Malvern up to 2-3 days per week. We welcome applications from candidates seeking both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities



Update and maintain HR documents, employee records, and internal databases. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company HR policies. Respond to HR-related queries and provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures. Assist with HR issues and escalate matters to the HR Manager when necessary. Oversee the day-to-day management of office operations and procedures. Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes Support in the planning and coordination of staff events Stay up to date with employment law and HR best practices to ensure compliance. Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate employee data, attendance, and leave records. Support the HR team in resolving employee concerns and escalating issues when necessary. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information. Perform additional responsibilities as required by the business to support the HR function.

Competencies and Skills



Experience in a similar HR administrative role.

Strong understanding of HR recruitment processes and requirements.

Familiarity with Health and Safety responsibilities in the workplace.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to relate to individuals at all levels of the organisation and from diverse backgrounds.

Excellent time management and organisational abilities.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Salary is based on full-time hours and will be pro-rated for part-time roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,570.00-26,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
