Successful, expanding and dynamic Marketing Consultancy based near London Bridge are looking to recruit a bright and switched-on HR Administrator!

To be a successful Human Resources Administrator for the business you will take a proactive approach in building relationships with all staff. You will be highly organised and be driven to deliver quality work, taking pride in what you do and enjoy supporting and helping others achieve their objectives.

London Bridge | Full Time, HYBRID | 9:30am - 5:30pm | \xc2\xa315 - \xc2\xa317ph | one month Temporary | Must be available to start week commencing Monday 4th September

Duties:
  • Provide Administrative support to the HR department
  • Recruitment Paperwork
  • Maintaining records i.e. holiday and absence, documentation HR Database (maintain confidentiality)
  • To ensure documentation is accurate and kept up to date and that all deadlines are kept
  • To work with and support colleagues and other departments dealing with any queries
  • Dealing with payroll queries - payroll knowledge is desirable
All about you:
  • A genuine desire to work in HR
  • Previous HR administration experience using BAMBOO software
  • A proficient user of all Microsoft Office packages
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A professional approach.
  • Be immediately available to start the role
