We are currently recruiting for a

HR Administrator

to join our fantastic HR Department in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.

Working within the HR Department you will undertake and control all HR administration duties for the specified business area with the guidance and support of the Senior HR Manager.

We are looking for someone who is positive, energetic and enthusiastic, a problem solver and someone who can work as part of a tight team and using their own initiative. You will be responsible for ensuring that you provide an excellent service to your stake holders and ensure that everyone has a positive experience by delivering an outstanding service.

Responsibilities to include:



Production, sending and filing of employee contracts of employment

Conduct onboarding for new starters

Process all administration concerning new starters, leavers and changes to terms and conditions and to formulate the appropriate contracts and change letters

Maintain employee files in line with Data Protection Regulations

Apply to and respond to reference/tenancy requests

Maintain any HR spreadsheets

Ensure Right to Work checks are carried out as part of the new starter process and the business is fully compliant with legislation

Maintain and regularly update the org charts

Monitor and produce probation confirmation and extension letters

Compliance to HR processes

Support and communicate with entire HR Function

Liaise with Payroll to ensure all monthly payments are accurate and consistent

Answer, record and monitor sickness calls

Any other ad hoc duties as required

About You:



CIPD Qualified or A-level standard (advantageous)

Microsoft office proficient HR Administration experience
Proactive, confident, and professional

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

8 hour shift Monday to Friday
