HR Administrator to work as part of the HR and Learning and Organisational Development team required in Hereford.
Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm.
For three to five months from the beginning of May.
Duties will include:
Organising diaries, booking rooms, updating and maintaining systems, invoicing, supporting events, managing a team inbox and calendar, updating internet pages.
Managing course administration and attendance invites and records for events and courses.
Gathering feedback and course evaluations, basic data analysis/reporting.
Supporting with work experience requests, induction administration and careers fairs.
Researching content for monthly 'Whats On' internet pages and advertising courses and events across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
5 GSCE's or equivalent experience including English and Maths.
Effective administration skills, with knowledge of administrative procedures preferably in a similar role.
Good literacy and a high level of accuracy in data management, record keeping and data entry.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to a range of people, able to work as part of a team or under own direction.
