What You'll Do:
Bill Gosling Outsourcing (AIC UK Ltd)
is looking for a Full-time HR Administrator to add to our
Glasgow City Contact Centre.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As an HR Administrator, you will act as the first point of contact to employees and external partners for all HR related queries. They will support the HR Team will all administrative functions such as employee queries; onboarding; ticket system and HR system tasks; reporting; employee correspondence.
SALARY:
up to 26,000
HOURS:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
LOCATION:
Anderston House, 389 Argyle St, Glasgow G2 8LR
WORKING PATTERN:
Hybrid working is available, minimum of 3 days per week required on site
YOU WILL:
=============
Administer various Company programs, policies, procedures, and processes.
Maintain the Company's Human Resources Information System on a daily basis (Workday)
Manage HR service desk ticketing system
Provide information upon client Request for any HR related items
Conduct/Facilitate Background, Criminal, Credit, and Alltrac Checks, where applicable
Minor disciplinary case management
Provide required documentation for internal and external audits both company and client specific
Preparation of HR related documents for employee requests and legal documentation/ amendments.
Maintain regular HR reporting and follow through on pending business process
Facilitates new hire orientation
Employee on-boarding and off-boarding
Assist on company initiated engagement activities
Facilitates exit interview and employee exit process
Assist with payroll processes (location specific)
Champion company core values and other company programs
Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:
ABOUT YOU:

Preferably with a College Diploma or equivalent in the Human Resource field
You have a minimum of 6 months experience in an administrative role
You demonstrate teamwork, open communication and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
You demonstrate job knowledge through understanding of the fundamental skills and procedures.
You are never satisfied and demonstrate a winning attitude striving for success and productivity
You take initiative to share or apply best practices in order to improve personal performance and customer experience.
You are fun and energetic and are engaged at all levels
English language communication skills (both oral and written)
