26,000 - 30,000

Hours:

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

As a HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding HR service across the business. You will support the full employee lifecycle, lead on core administrative tasks, maintain data accuracy and act as first point of contact for employee queries. You'll ensure our internal processes are smooth, timely and compliant.

Key Responsibilities


Administer all transactional HR processes including new starters, changes leavers, onboarding, offboarding and contract variations. Manage future-dated starters, issue employee numbers, and create and distribute starter packs to managers. Liaise with payroll on all employee changes to ensure accurate and timely processing. Track probation periods, long term and short term sick leave triggers, maternity/paternity leave, and escalate when necessary. Conduct right to work checks, process DBS checks and ensure all pre -employment checks are complete and compliant.

First Line HR Support


Act as fist point of contact for general HR queries via phone, email or manage engine. Triage, resolve or escalate queries when appropriate, maintaining SLAs and service standards. Provide signposting and guidance on HR polices and processes. Liaise with employees and managers to gather information and provide updates on outstanding checks or employee concerns.

Systems & Data Management


Act as manage engine superuser, monitoring tickets, updating statuses and providing system guidance to team members. Maintain and update employee records using HR systems and share point. Update Eploy recruitment systems with new manager users and support systems access where required. Flag any issues with data integrity missing checks or health conditions.

Experience & Skills


Strong administrative background within the field of HR. Proven experience with HRIS systems, document management platforms and ticketing systems. Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, data integrity and confidentiality. Confident communicator with strong written sand verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and meeting tight deadlines. Experience in managing multiple HR processes simultaneously with a proactive and solution focused approach. * Understanding of core HR policies, basic employee relations and employment lifecycle process.
