Your excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail will be essential as you manage confidential information with discretion. Often the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, your strong communication and interpersonal skills will make a real difference to our employees.Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support across all areas of HR.
• Respond to basic HR, payroll, and system queries, escalating issues when needed.
• Maintain and update employee records ensuring accuracy in accordance with data protection regulations.
• Assist with the preparation and administration of employee documentation, such as contracts, offer letters, and modifications to terms and conditions.
• Support recruitment by posting job vacancies, reviewing CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process.
• Provide support in HR cases, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management. This includes preparing letters, coordinating meetings, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Take minutes for HR meetings, which may include disciplinary meetings, grievance meetings, inductions, exit interviews.
• Handle new starter onboarding, including benefits setup and Right to Work checks.
• Respond to basic HR, payroll, and system queries, escalating issues when needed.
• Keep employees informed about benefits and prepare reports on benefits spending.

• CIPD Level 3 qualification (working towards or willingness to work towards it).
• Experience in HR administration and working with HRIS databases.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
