About The RoleThe People Service (HR) Coordinator role will be an integral part of the people and culture at AO and responsible for supporting the people services function with a focus on logistics.You will be based out of our Crewe office where you will work in a team of 4 and have the opportunity to work on projects that will enable you to collaborate with our diverse network of talented AOers across the full business which expands across the UK.The role is more than just an office role and is hands on with us working closely with the operation.Here's What You Can Expect To Be DoingYou will be working in our Logistics People Services Team and reporting into our People Services Team Leader. In this role, you will provide essential administrative & in person support across all aspects of The People Team, for over 1,200 AOers ensuring the smooth delivery and onboarding of the employment life cycle.
