About the Role




As HR Administrator you'll support all areas of the Encore Group and provide vital coordination and administration across the HR function. From onboarding new starters and managing contracts to keeping systems up to date and leading on payroll admin, you'll be the detail-focused engine behind our HR processes.


This is more than just admin - you'll be hands-on in every step of the employee journey, learning by doing and growing your expertise along the way.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage new starter and leaver processes with professionalism and care Coordinate contracts, variations, and study agreements Maintain accurate HR data across platforms including People Hub and Monday.com Track absences and support sickness and return-to-work processes Own key payroll admin tasks, reporting, and coordination Assist with year-end HR activities like holiday reconciliation and awards Promote and help manage our employee benefits platforms Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and discretion Provide support on ad hoc HR projects and continuously look for ways to improve our processes

What You'll Bring:



Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach Excellent time management and prioritisation skills High level of IT literacy, especially in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal A strong sense of initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn A good standard of education is essential Previous experience in HR or recruitment is desirable but not essential

Please note Encore operate a hybrid working model and this role requires you to be in the office 3 days per week.



The salary for this role is 25,000 p.a.
