Cardiff - From \xc2\xa313 an hour with holiday pay on accrued on top.

We currently have a vacancy for a Housing Support Worker to work with a national charity in the centre of Cardiff. The role is quite unique and fun in the sense that you will be responsible for working with a case load of individuals who are homeless and/or recovering from addiction and encouraging them to get out and about and to a range of activities such as such as gardening, cinema, bowling and beach trips etc\xe2\x80\xa6. You can make a difference to someone\'s life purely from distracting them for a short period of time during the day to do something fun!

To be considered to work in this role, you will need

• To be reliable.
• Experienced working in housing or a similar role
• Patient, kind and have effective communication skills.
• Work well within a team.
• Drivers are essential

You will receive from Brook Street Social Care
