  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to assess financial viability and feasibility a housing development project of around 1500 properties.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to support decision-making throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for housing development initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough financial risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to optimise financing structures and secure funding for housing development ventures.
