The Role:

We are currently recruiting for a

Senior Housekeeping Supervisor

to support the Housekeeping Manager in the day-to-day operation of our housekeeping team. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a commitment to high standards, and previous supervisory or senior housekeeping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the daily coordination of the housekeeping team, ensuring all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard Carry out routine inspections and spot checks of rooms and public areas Report maintenance issues and follow up as needed Support with training, coaching, and motivating team members Lead by example during shifts and step in where required Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years' experience in housekeeping, preferably within a hotel or similar environment Previous supervisory experience is desirable A strong eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem solving Reliable, professional, and confident in leading a team Flexible and available to work weekends and early shifts

Additional Information:

This is a part-time role, with weekend shifts included Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK All staff are expected to arrange their own travel to and from the hotel
