Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. A background in hospitality or hotel services is highly desirable, as we strive to provide exceptional service and comfort.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, ensuring all surfaces are free from dirt and debris. Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Follow established procedures for handling hazardous materials and cleaning chemicals. Maintain an organised work area and adhere to health and safety regulations. Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring that all linens are cleaned and pressed to the highest standard.

Experience

Previous experience in a housekeeping role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. A friendly and approachable demeanour with a commitment to providing outstanding service. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.20-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 35 per week
