We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness of hotel guest bedrooms and public areas, ensuring that all areas are welcoming and hygienic for our guests. This position is essential in the hospitality industry, where first impressions matter, and a clean environment contributes significantly to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring fresh supplies are available for guests. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance. Vacuum carpets and mop floors to ensure cleanliness throughout the premises. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Restock cleaning supplies as needed and maintain inventory levels. Follow established cleaning protocols and health regulations to ensure guest safety. Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens.

Skills

Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Good communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or prolonged standing.

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
