Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at the Black Lion Hotel, Lampeter. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our staff and clients, contributing to our commitment to excellence in service.
Responsibilities
Perform cleaning duties in offices and common areas to ensure a tidy environment. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and meeting rooms. Restock supplies as needed to ensure all areas are fully equipped. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with organizing spaces for events or meetings as required. Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests from staff promptly.
Requirements
Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
