We are looking for two Team Leaders to join us preparing holiday cottages in the Peak District. You will be based in Sheffield and lead small housekeeping teams out to the cottages to play a vital role in ensuring a clean and welcoming home-away-from-home for guests. Duties
Lead the housekeepers to
- Ensure all cottages are cleaned and presented according to company standards and process;
- Investigate and report any maintenance issues that cannot be completed by the team
- Follow your high quality performance of cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Change linens and towels, and restock bathrooms, kitchens etc. as needed
Drive and park our vehicles with care and consideration for passengers, other road-users and the wider public
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping within a holiday cottage or hospitality setting is preferred, ideally with some leading role.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, including writing and the use of technology on phones, tablets; and a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work well as part of a team, as well as independently
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
- Full, clean UK driving licence for manual gearbox vehicles
