A day in the life...

Hi, I\'m Lewis

My induction with Marston\'s was tailored so I visited sites that were going to be similar to mine.

I spent time with a \'buddy\' manager from a nearby site - he was a great guy and really honest and talked to me about the culture of Marston\'s as well as the day to day running of the business.

My Area Manager, Nigel was really supportive and if he didn\'t have the answer he would pull on his network of experts to support.

Induction

Opening a new build pub

On the opening day there was so many people coming in but I wasn\'t worried as I had every type of support there to help it run smoothly. The whole board came down for a meal at my pub, the CEO and the Managing Director are really nice people and down to earth too!
