Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning services, with experience in hotel or commercial cleaning environments being highly advantageous. As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in residential properties, ensuring that every space is welcoming and well-presented for our clients.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces. Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. Manage time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled hours while maintaining quality. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and feedback professionally. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently. Assist with additional tasks as required, including cooking or preparing light meals if necessary.

Qualifications

Previous experience in cleaning is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility in working hours and willingness to adapt to varying client needs.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 13.60 per hour
