Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Trader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills in various trades, enabling them to perform maintenance and repair tasks efficiently across multiple disciplines. This role is essential for ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and operational, providing a safe and pleasant environment for all.

Responsibilities

Carry out general maintenance tasks across various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and masonry. Use power tools and hand tools effectively to complete tasks such as fabricating structures, roofing repairs, and painting. Perform welding tasks as required to ensure structural integrity in repairs and installations. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify issues that require attention or repair. Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure high-quality workmanship on all projects. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations. Document completed work and report any significant issues or necessary repairs to management.

Skills

Proficient in using power tools and hand tools relevant to construction and maintenance tasks. Strong skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, welding, painting, and masonry. Ability to fabricate components as needed for various projects. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
