RECEPTIONIST

We want our guests to have a truly memorable experience surrounded by exceptional service and honest hospitality.

Penmaenuchaf is a small luxury hotel, part of the Seren collection, a unique collection of high-quality hospitality venues in Wales. The hotel is highly regarded as one of the finest privately-owned country house hotels in North Wales. Overlooking the Mawddach Estuary, at the foot of Cadair Idris in Snowdonia National Park, the 14-bedroom hotel is also home to an excellent restaurant that is also renowned for a wonderful wine list.

Seren currently includes the 5 Red star Grove of Narberth hotel, Michelin starred Beach House Restaurant in Oxwich, Lan y Mor Restaurant and Kiosk cafe in Saundersfoot.

We are now looking for a passionate and dedicated Full time Receptionist who is passionate about giving guests a warm welcome

What we offer:

A package of up to 29k per annum including a share of non-contractual tronc.

Tronc share for this position amounts to appx 3k per annum.

A successful candidate will ideally have:

Experience in a quality Hotel environment.

Genuine and sincere nature with a real passion for customer service.

First class interpersonal skills.

Excellent technical and numeracy skills to operate a comprehensive Hotel Management System.

A resilient nature with an ability to work under pressure.

Ability to resolve guest issues effectively.

Immaculate presentation and a friendly yet professional personality.

Outstanding written and spoken English.
