Job Overview


We are seeking a friendly and organised Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Da Vincis hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities


- Greet guests upon arrival and check them into their rooms
- Handle guest enquiries & requests promptly and professionally
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate information in the booking system
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Assist with guest check-out and payment processing
- Maintain a tidy reception area and assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications


- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is desirable
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling guest services
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
