Hotel Night Porter
Job Description
My client, near Veryan, are seeking a dedicated and professional Night Porter to join their team at a prestigious luxury 5* hotel.
As a Night Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night hours, providing exceptional service to our guests and maintaining the highest standards of security and guest satisfaction.
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off, from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Hourly Rate: \xc2\xa312.50
Candidates must be confident with lone working
Job Details
- Set up the Hotel restaurant for Breakfast
- Monitor security systems and maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Handle any emergencies or incidents that may occur during the night.
- assist with check-ins and check-outs, and provide any necessary information or assistance throughout their stay.
- Provide concierge services during the night- training will be provided
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, to maintain a high standard of service and professionalism.
