Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Porter to join our team at Scotlands Spa Hotel in Pitlochry. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure with their luggage. Provide information about the hotel facilities and local attractions. Ensure the lobby and entrance areas are clean and welcoming. Assist with room deliveries and special requests from guests. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain security during the nights You will be the appoint person during the night shift if any emergeny occurs

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality role is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Multilingual or bilingual skills are an advantage. A proactive approach to problem-solving and guest assistance.
