We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within the hotel. Your commitment to providing exceptional service will contribute to our guests' comfort and satisfaction, ensuring they have a pleasant stay.
Responsibilities
Clean and sanitise guest rooms, including bathrooms, and public areas, to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces throughout guest rooms and common areas.
Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate equipment.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products in guest rooms.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
Experience
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to housekeeping operations.
