Lamphey Court Hotel & Spa is a busy 39 bedroom property with Bar, Lounge, Conservatory, Restaurant, Function Room with Spa & Leisure Facilities.

The ideal candidate will have the passion, drive and energy, in this hands on role to lead from the front - the main focus will be assisting in the managing of the food and beverage outlets as well as functions and events.

Job description:


To assist the Management team, ensuring efficient and professional service throughout all food and beverages areas within the Hotel. To be part of the senior management team supporting the business .

DUTY MANAGER'S MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


Leading the food and beverage function to ensure a quality guest experience at all times. Training and development of junior staff members in quality and service standards. Develop product knowledge and be able to advise and inform the guests as required.

To attend any training courses arranged by the Company. HOD Meeting /Departmental Meetings Salary: Competitive

Person Specification:

Experience of similar work either in a hotel or restaurant is required. The successful candidate will be passionate, a natural leader; someone with a very positive can do attitude; someone who can build positive relationships with colleagues and recognizes the importance of maintaining high service standards at all times. This is a hands on role and will involve working evenings , weekends and bank holidays Live in is available for the right candidate
