to join our Century Bar team.
Your working pattern will be 39 hours per week, across 5 days from 11am until 7.30pm.
The on target earning potential for this role is 34,339 / per annum - comprising a base salary of 26,039,52 plus a qualified estimate of 8,300 in gratuities and service charge.As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
You'll be delivering a warm and memorable welcome to the Century Bar for all our guests
Proficient in host restaurant reservations and allowing for forward planning of table allocations on a daily basis; Maximising the usage of the bar seating and space available
You'll play a significant part in making sure our guests are well looked after and our service runs without a hitch
Having excellent knowledge of menu offerings as well as the wider estate and facilities available to our guests, you'll help recommend and advise on suggestions
You'll be responsible for highlighting to the team on a daily basis VIP guests and any specific dietary requirements
Managing all enquiries relating to the bar reservations from throughout the resort
You'll be proficiently up selling and encouraging other team members to do the same at every opportunity
Maintaining the highest standards of service, room preparation and presentation throughout our Century Bar
You'll take a keen interest in the operation and develop suggestions as to ways of increasing quality of service
Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

Having had experience within a luxury hospitality environment would be ideal, however having a great attitude is essential
