As a Host at Arcade, you'll be the heartbeat of our restaurant. Your charismatic personality will help create a warm and inviting environment for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and excited to explore everything we have to offer.

Located in the heart of London, Arcade showcase our core philosophy of creating multiple unique food brands, championing great talent, and delivering all this, to the table, under one roof.


Food brands from all around the world fill the space, and delivered right to your table from southern Thai, North Indian Street food, Middle Eastern shawarma, American diner-style dishes, Indonesian, Japanese and now... with flavours influenced from Spain, Portugal, Uruguay, & Argentina.


Drinks from our destination bar, are created using fresh market ingredients to mirror the flavours of the kitchens and a fully packed calendar of events completes the line-up.

Host - Arcade

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with flair and enthusiasm, making them feel like VIPs Manage seating arrangements with a dash of creativity and style Provide guests with engaging information about food partners and drink offerings Help coordinate special events and promotions, adding your unique touch Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience

Qualifications

Outgoing, energetic, and have a flair for the dramatic

A working knowledge of SevenRooms

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for food and creating memorable experiences Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in hospitality Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
