Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding guest services by welcoming and assisting guests throughout their experience. Prepare and serve food and beverages while adhering to food safety regulations. Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for events or daily service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, including dining spaces and kitchens. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Support bartending duties as required, including mixing drinks and serving beverages. Uphold high standards of hospitality in all interactions with guests and team members.

Skills

Strong understanding of guest services principles and practices. Experience in food preparation or culinary arts is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential. Previous experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or restaurants is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure. A team player who is adaptable and willing to assist colleagues as needed. Bartending skills are a plus but not mandatory; training can be provided.
