Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented associate to join our waiting on team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Greet customers as they enter the business and serve them drinks/food

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register

- Maintain a clean and organised front end area.

- Answer customer questions regarding menus and pricing

- Serve customers food in the restaurant / lounge / garden areas

- Monitor inventory levels at the front end and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Experience:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

- Knowledge of restaurant, bartending, food preparation, catering, or hospitality industry is a plus

- Familiarity with food safety guidelines and regulations is beneficial

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Friendly and outgoing personality

- Problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries or issues effectively
